Become a Coach!
Empowerment Coaches lead a nine-week, multisport after-school empowerment program for girls in grades 3-5. They teach the fundamentals of sports and incorporate key concepts like leadership and sportsmanship through our empowerment journal. All coaches are provided with a week-by-week sports curriculum outlining fundamentals, drills, and unique skill-building games.
What do Coaches do?
Coaches are so important! They shape physical skills, build confidence, and create inclusive opportunities that last long after the program ends. At Leveling the Fields, coaches are more than instructors. They’re mentors, motivators, and the reason girls get the chance to play the sports we love. Join us on the sidelines and help us level the fields today!
Why Coach?
Coach Testimonial
“I’m excited to bring sports at an elementary level to the girls, specifically because I feel like the boys get a lot of opportunities to play sports, and sometimes our girls get left behind or expected to just cheer. I think they’re going to really, really enjoy being exposed to different sports. They deserve the spotlight.”
