As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit in Charleston, SC, volunteers are the very heart of Leveling the Fields. Every after-school sports program, community event, and opportunity we provide exists thanks to the passion and commitment of our volunteers and supporters.
By volunteering with Leveling the Fields, you’re helping create access to sports for girls in grades 3-5, building their confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills, on and off the field.
Joining our team means joining a community of changemakers who believe in leveling the playing field for all girls. No matter how much time you’re able to give, your involvement makes a lasting impact. Be the reason every girl gets a chance to get in the game today!

Our “Fans ” are the cheerleaders of our mission, passionate supporters who believe in empowering girls through sports but may not have a lot of time to give.
