Meet the Crew
Groundskeepers
As an integral part of the team, the grounds crew does the essential, hands-on work. Your support helps maintain the basics for our athletes, just like grounds crews focus on fresh-cut grass, painted lines, and safe playing surfaces. Every field starts here.
Tier 1: $15 a month, $180 a year
$15 monthly for the % of how much more likely girls are to graduate from high school if they participate in sports.

➤ 3 Volleyball nets
➤ 1 Portable tennis net
➤ Empowerment journals for one program
➤ General Equipment for one program (includes: whistles, coaching binder, pinnies, cones, wipes, first aid kit, and ice packs.
Supervisors
Like a supervisor guiding their crew, your support helps coordinate logistics, provide equipment, and maintain consistent, high-quality experiences for young athletes.
Tier 2: $24 a month, $288 a year
$24 monthly, for the % of executives at the C-suite level who are women.

➤ All equipment, snacks, and general program costs for one girl in the program
➤ Reusable water bottles for three programs
➤ 32 Soccer balls
➤ 240 Foam softballs

Managers
Just like a manager ensures long-term planning and success, your contribution powers lasting impact that supports the growth, leadership, and future of girls in sports.
Tier 3: $36 a month, $432 a year
$36 monthly, for the % of High School level athletes in South Carolina who are female
