EmpowerPlay

EmpowerPlay is a 9-week, multisport after-school program designed for girls in grades 3–5. Participants rotate through three of our six sports (spring: basketball, volleyball, tennis; fall: soccer, softball, lacrosse) in equal intervals while building confidence, leadership, and teamwork through a structured empowerment curriculum and guided journal prompts.

We bring programs directly to schools, removing barriers like cost, access, and options, so more girls can get in the game.

Our goal is simple: give every girl the opportunity to play, grow, and lead.

PlayFit

PlayFit is a weekly sports enrichment add-on for girls in 3rd through 5th grade, designed to complement existing after-school programs. Focusing on a single sport per session, PlayFit allows participants to deepen their skills while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership. With onsite coaching and equipment provided, the program makes physical activity accessible, engaging, and easy to integrate into after-school care.
