In the fall of 2024, Leveling the Fields (LTF) launched a dynamic sports program aimed at empowering young girls through athletics. Designed specifically for girls in 3rd to 5th grades, the EmpowerPlay program covers three sports in equal intervals. The sports instruction is paired with a curriculum that focuses on encouraging leadership, sportsmanship, and building confidence through a variety of messaging and journal prompts.

Our mission is to deliver a well-rounded sports experience that builds essential skills, fosters confidence, promotes teamwork, and inspires personal growth. We are also committed to making sports programs convenient and accessible, especially to those in underserved areas.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand this program to include more schools and a wider variety of sports. Our goal is to create a sustainable, expansive program that continues to grow and adapt to the needs of our community.
